Our location & accessibility – by boat, car, or on foot – is what makes our neighborhood unique. The beach isn’t crowded, even in peak season. Snorkel within 5 minutes of walking out the door, and find the resident octopus and moray eel! Relax with a view of the treetops, where it’s always buzzing with hummingbirds, lizards, & an occasional iguana. A flock of macaws flies overhead every morning & evening. Take a morning stroll on the path down to the beach w/ coffee in hand & watch the dive boats and water taxis go by. You’ll be close enough to nightlife to enjoy it, but far enough to be able to sleep at night. Our neighbors are all full-time residents, and it’s one of the safest neighborhoods on the island!
